Cancellation Policy

• Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full service price.

• No-shows will also be charged the full service price.

Booking & Payment

• A credit or debit card is required to hold your appointment.

• We do not require a deposit when booking.

• Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment.

• Your card will not be charged without notice except in the case of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
