Thank you so much for choosing our convenient online booking option! We are so excited to see you for your reservation. There are just a few things we would like to remind you of before you make your service selection:

 

• Please understand that our online booking system, while convenient, does not always place your reservation in the most appropriate time in our stylists schedules, and does not always book you properly for your specific hair needs and goals. Our guest experience coordinators might need to reach out to you to make some slight changes to your reservation, but I promise that we will do our best to resepect your time and needs and keep your reservation as close to the date and time that you selected.

 

• In an efforts to uphold our great guest experiece, we ask that if any guests accompany you to your reservation, they must be 12 years of age or older. We love children, we just cannot have them in harms way or near our chemical colors or hot tool equipment.

 

• All online booked reservations do require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to schedule. If you must cancel your reservation, we do kindly just ask that you call our salon within 24 hours of your reserved service time. Please understand that calling less than 24 hours in advance of your reservation, your deposit amount will be kept and not be refundable.
