To better serve all guests, a $50 cancellation fee will result for all appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of your selected appointment time ~AND~ arriving past ten minutes is considered late your appointment will be cancelled and $50 late fee assessed. We will credit you $50 if we run past ten minutes :o) !! Call or text your service provider!!!

Hair and scalp consultation AND Covid 19 waiver forms MUST be submitted 48 hours PRIOR to your appointment time. For example, your appointment is January 3@2:30pm, your forms MUST be submitted January 1@2:30pm. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!! YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELED!!!! Our goal is to be efficient as possible doing so will ensure you receive the most thorough service available. Thank you for understanding!!
