Terms and Conditions

If you must reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.  A credit card must be kept on file in the case that we have to charge the cancellation fee. 

Our cancellation fee structure is as follows:

*If your card on file is unable to be charged at the time of cancellation, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee prior to rescheduling.

Appointments that are not cancelled in advance are considered no-shows.  Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment are considered late cancellations.   For any appointments that are 1 hour or longer, if you arrive to your appointment 50% or more into the visit time,  it will be considered a late cancellation. For any patient that has 3 no-shows on record within a 1 year period, we will require pre-payment in full for the scheduled visit prior to rescheduling. If the patient cancels late or no-shows for that appointment, the pre-paid fee is forfeited. If a patient is on a series of treatments, we will require a non-refundable payment equivalent to 1 visit in the patient’s current series in order to reschedule the appointment.
