Thank you for booking with us. We appreciate your business and to make for a smoother process, please review and sign any consent forms that may have been emailed to you prior to your treatment. Please be aware of which location you booked at. We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to us within 24 hours so we can make it right. We do ask for a credit card on file to hold all bookings. Our cancellation policy is 100% within 12 hours of service. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
