Booking Terms

Welcome to our MedSpa! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking:

  1. Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 10 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  2. Payment and Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment.
  3. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and settle in.
  4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure that subsequent clients are not delayed. The full service fee will still apply.
  5. Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment.
  6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal belongings secure.
