Cancellation Policy


We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure the best service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:


- **Cancellation Notice:** Appointments must be cancelled at least **48 hours** in advance.

- **Late Cancellations:** If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the card on file will be charged the No-Show fee.

- **No-Show Policy:** No-shows will also incur a charge of the full service price to the card on file.
