Darby James Salon & Spa – Booking Terms

1. Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit of the total service booked is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your service at the time of your visit.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 96 hours (4 days) in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 96 hours (4 days) before your appointment, or if you miss your appointment (no-show), your card on file will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

3. Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate other clients, and the full or partial service charge may still apply.

4. Payment Policy
By booking with Darby James Salon & Spa, you authorize us to charge your card for the required deposit and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. Remaining service balances are due at the time of your appointment.

5. Waivers & Consent Forms
Clients are required to provide all necessary liability waivers, consent forms, or medical disclosures before receiving services at the location of service. Services may be delayed or refused until required forms are completed.

6. Service Agreement
All services are provided as requested by the client. Our team strives to deliver the best experience, and we encourage clear communication about your preferences and expectations. Prices and times will vary depending on technician and serves provided.

7. Agreement
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these booking terms, including deposit, cancellation, payment, and consent privacy policies.
