Terms and Conditions

Darby James Salon & Spa – Booking Terms

1. Reservations
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We do not currently collect deposits at this time.  This is subject to change.

2. Cancellations
We kindly require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.
Appointments adjusted within 72 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Missed appointments will be charged in full.

3. Arrival
We invite you to arrive on time to fully enjoy your experience. Late arrivals may result in an abbreviated service to accommodate our schedule. Full service fees may still apply.

4. Payment
By reserving your appointment, you authorize Darby James Salon & Spa to charge your card on file for any applicable cancellation or missed appointment fees. Remaining balances are settled at the time of your visit.

5. Preparation
To ensure a seamless experience, any required forms should be completed prior to your arrival. Incomplete forms may result in adjustments to your scheduled service.

6. Services
Each service is tailored to you through consultation and collaboration. We welcome clear communication to deliver the best possible result. Pricing and timing may vary based on your selected provider and services.

7. Agreement
By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
