Here is our policy regarding booking appointments :

1) We require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment and reserve time on the doctor’s (or other provider) schedule.
2)  This $50 will be fully applied toward any service you choose. If you  decide not to proceed with treatment within 2 weeks, you may request a  refund—making the consultation effectively free.
3) You can cancel or  reschedule appointment with at least 72 hours’ notice. If less than 72  hours’ notice is given, the $50 deposit will be applied as a late  cancellation fee.
