Please be aware that not all services are available for online booking. If you are interested in a service that you do not see listed, we encourage you to call us directly at 248-268-1655 for assistance

To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule out of courtesy to other clients following your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. For new patients or those scheduling a first-time service, electronic forms regarding patient demographics and treatment consent will be sent to the email address provided. Please complete these forms prior to your appointment or plan to arrive 15 minutes early to do so. Kindly note that cancellations or rescheduling made on the same day as your appointment will incur a missed appointment fee.

We also ask that all guests arrive 10 minutes early. For any arrival of 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, we may need to adjust your service request to accommodate our schedule and other clients.

Please note that all sales at our spa are final, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies. These measures help us maintain the highest level of service and attention for all our valued clients.
