Thank you for choosing VIDA Aesthetics as your aesthetic provider. We have crafted the following policies below, with your best interest in mind. Please take a moment to review them prior to your visit with us.

APPOINTMENTS: Payment for services is expected at the time of service by major credit cards, Carecredit financing, personal check or cash. If you are paying by credit card a 2.89% credit card processing service fee will be added to your final bill, if you are paying by debit card or check there is no additional fee. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 At VIDA Aesthetics, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure we can continue providing top-quality service to all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

**First Cancellation or Schedule Change**: If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a $50 deposit will be required to reserve any future appointments. Additionally, you will forfeit the ability to schedule appointments online, and all future bookings must be made through our office.

**Multiple Cancellations or Schedule Changes**: After two or more cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours' notice, full pre-payment will be required to schedule any future appointments.

**No-Show Policy**: Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in an immediate full pre-payment for all future appointments. After the first no-show, online scheduling privileges will also be revoked, and all appointments must be arranged through our office.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling system for all of our clients.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY: Sealed, unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or in house purchase credit only. No Cash refunds will be given. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
