At Skin Care By Design, we are committed to providing you with the best possible aesthetics experience. To streamline our appointment scheduling process and ensure we continue to offer the highest level of care.

1. Card on File Requirement: In order to align with community standards, we will require our clients to have a valid credit or debit card on file when booking future appointments, in our secure system. This will assist us in reducing no-shows and late cancellations, allowing us to serve our clients more efficiently.?
2. Late Cancellation Fee: In the event you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours prior notice please. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. Certain nursing and/or laser treatments requiring significant scheduling times (e.g. Dermal Filler, Opus Plasma) will result in a $100 late cancellation fee where 24 hours prior notice has not been provided. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with the time and resources allocated for your appointment.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible by calling (520) 797-7546. If you call after hours or we are unable to answer your call, please leave a detailed message on our voice mail. If you want to reschedule your appointment, please include your phone number in the message. We will return your call promptly. We often have waiting lists for our skin care providers so please give us as much notice as possible.

Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule their appointment or to see another of our skin care providers for that appointment. As a courtesy, we attempt to contact you with an appointment reminder one business day prior to your scheduled appointment at the telephone number your provide via text or phone call.
