Securing Your Appointment

If you are a new patient or are scheduling a cosmetic consultation, a member of our office staff will contact you within the next 24 hours to collect credit card information. This is required to secure your time slot on our calendar.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

• No Immediate Charge: Your card will not be charged at the time of scheduling.

• Day of Service: The $75 consultation fee will be processed on the day of your Cosmetic Consultation.

• Cancellation Policy: A late cancellation fee of $75 will only be applied if you fail to show for your appointment or do not provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Action Required

To maintain your reservation, we must receive your payment information within 24 hours of our initial outreach. Unfortunately, if we are unable to secure these details within that timeframe, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
