A valid card is required to reserve appointments. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations (<24 hrs) incur a $25 fee. Late arrivals may require rescheduling. Deposits and prepaid services are non-refundable. Membership and package bookings are subject to the same policy. By booking, you agree to these terms.
