By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

• A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• A $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for no-call/no-show appointments. 

• This fee is non-refundable.
• Your credit card will only be charged if our cancellation policy is not met.
