Terms and Conditions

We require a credit card on file to hold your spot on our schedule since we are by appointment only and this time is reserved exclusively for you. Also, some appointments require a non-refundable deposit.  Please keep in mind we are a small business and "no-shows" or late cancellations greatly affect our staff. 

A $50 fee is charged to the card on file for reschedules with less than 24 hours notice or "no-shows". 

If you booked a treatment and paid a deposit, that amount will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. If you choose to cancel or are a "no-show", you forfeit that deposit. 

For weight loss consultations: 

If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment start time, you’ll be seen as a walk-in, which could increase your wait time. In the event that the provider is no longer available, your visit will need to be rescheduled and a $50 fee may apply.
