Appointments

• Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in.

• If you are running late, please call us at (847) 693-4663. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests.

Cancellation Policy

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be subject to a $50 fee.

Payments & Refunds

• All sales on services, packages, and products are final. No refunds will be issued.

• In some cases, unused packages may be exchanged for other services of equal value.

Consultations

• Some treatments require a medical consultation before the service is performed. Your provider will ensure the treatment is right for you and safe to proceed.

Age Requirements

• Clients must be at least 18 years old for most services. Minors may be treated with parental consent, depending on the service.

Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or if you’re pregnant or nursing.

• For your safety, certain treatments may not be performed during pregnancy.
