Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with sufficient notice to accommodate changes to your appointment schedule and minimize disruptions to our business operations.
Please review the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.
- Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Clients who cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or collected upon the client's next visit.
- Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows will be 50%. This fee helps compensate for the lost revenue and time that could have been allocated to another client.
- Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to extenuating circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- Communication: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments by contacting us directly via phone or email. Appointment cancellations or changes made through our online booking system must also adhere to this cancellation policy.
