Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to My Wellness Studio! Please review the following terms carefully before proceeding with your booking. By continuing, you agree to these terms:

  1. Appointment Confirmation

    • A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless specified for certain promotions or packages.

  2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee or forfeit the deposit if one was made.
    • No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  3. Late Arrival Policy

    • Arriving late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, subject to availability.
    • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and cancellation fees may apply.

  4. Health & Medical Information

    • Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications during booking to ensure your safety and the best results.
    • Certain treatments may not be suitable for everyone, and consultation with a provider may be required before proceeding.

  5. Promotions & Discounts

    • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to previously booked services.
    • All promotions are subject to specific terms and availability.

  6. Refund Policy

    • Payments for services rendered or deposits made are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.

  7. Consent & Privacy

    • By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used for booking and communication purposes.

  8. Age Requirement

    • Clients must be at least 18 years old to book treatments. Minors require parental consent and may be restricted from certain services.

  9. Service Adjustments

    • Our team reserves the right to adjust or refuse treatments if contraindications or safety concerns arise.
