Terms and Conditions
All services require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment and to utilize in the the event of a cancellaion/no-show fee.
Payment: Payment in full is required on the day of initial treatment (including packaged treatments). The following payment options are available: Credit Card, Cherry, Affirm, Care Credit, or Cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cherry, Affirm, and Care Credit are finance programs approved for our practice. You are welcome to discuss financing options with our staff. A credit card will be kept on file for cancellation/no-show fees.
Punctuality: Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can be well-prepped and enjoy an unhurried transition into your treatment. Arriving late will interfere with your appointment, therefore, making the treatment time needed insufficient. Be sure to complete any required paperwork prior to your appointment.
No Show- If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment time without having notified us via text or phone, your credit card will be charged a $30 fee.
Reschedule or Cancellation- Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, and therefore are happy to reschedule your appointment to another time or date. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time or do not show up, we assess a cancellation fee in the amount of $30 per standard policy. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file or a bill will be sent to the email and physical address on file.
