Elite Infusions Cancellation Policy

At Elite Infusions, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, please review our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or failure to show up for your scheduled session will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled service fee.

No-Show Fee:

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact us to reschedule or cancel, a 100% service fee will be charged.

Refunds:

Once services are rendered, no refunds will be issued. However, if a service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund or credit will be provided.

Emergencies:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.
