NEW CLIENTS
For the purpose of filling out our client intake form, we ask that all new clients come 15 minutes early for their appointments. These documents are required for the best possible treatment outcomes and to indicate any medical conditions that our trained staff should be aware of. A $25 down payment will be requested from each client. Your meeting time will be secured by the deposit, which will also be applied to the service's cost. Deposits made by us are not recoverable.
ALL CLIENTS ETIQUETTE
We ask that you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. We also request that you respect the space and other business's that occupy the building as well. It it not customary to tip the provider for neuromodulation or dermal filler treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The time allotted for your appointment is only for you. A late cancellation or skipped appointment leaves a spot in our calendar that another client could have taken. As a result, we need 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or alter your appointment. Clients will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if they cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If a client does not show to their appointment, there will be a $75 no show fee charged to the card on file.

Juniper Reign Aesthetics, LLC does not provide refunds and does not take returns or exchanges because of the nature of the goods and services provided and sold at our clinic and in our online store.
