Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Nursie Cosmetics & Wellness Center
Thank you for choosing Nursie Cosmetics & Wellness Center. We are committed to providing high-quality care and a positive experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both staff and clients, please carefully review our updated policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling with us:
Deposit Policy
All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in advance.
If an appointment is cancelled, the paid deposit will be automatically forfeited.
Only current active membership holders are exempt from deposit fees for newly booked services.
Cancellation Fees
All cancellations for appointments are subject to a $150 automatic cancellation fee.
Additionally, clients will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
Example: For a $699 Botox treatment, a $349.50 fee may be charged.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling must be done in advance. Reschedule fees apply to all appointments, $50.
Active membership holders are allowed one complimentary reschedule.
No exceptions will be made at this time.
No Call / No Show Policy
After one (1) no call/no show, you will be declined for future bookings.
After one (1) cancellation, future appointments may also be declined.
We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion. Thank you for your courtesy and business.
