-- Effective  May 1st, 2023, any established patient who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with any notice will be considered an automatic No Show/Cancellation and charged a $150.00 fee.

-Please Note Cancellations and Reschedules are not the same, fees will apply. If you wish to Cancel your appointment there is $150 cancellation fee no exceptions! If you wish to reschedule your appointment after your original appointment date there is a Fee of $50 to reschedule.  

-- Any new and established patient who has to reschedule must pay a $50 reschedule fee. Only 2 reschedules are allowed per appointment booking. 

-- If a third reschedule with no 24 hour notice should occur the patient may be dismissed from Nursie Cosmetics & Aesthetics Wellness Spa practice.

-- Any new patient who fails to show for their initial visit will not be rescheduled again, and will be charged $150 for no show/cancellation fee. 

 The fee is charged to the patient directly and must be paid to be re-serviced or treated at our office. All cards on file will be subjected to automatic cancellation fees. 

-- As a courtesy, when time allows, we make reminder calls for appointments and send out appointment texts. If you do not receive a reminder call or message, the above policy will remain in effect. As a courtesy,  please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to reschedule an appointment. All reschedules are subjected to a $50 rescheduling fee. No exceptions at this time. You will be charged a cancellation fee which includes an additional 50% costs of your service booking. All deposits are nonrefundable and go towards service booked. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Please text the clinic coordinator at 725-264-8275 to reschedule all appointments in advance, failure to do so will  automatically forfeit all paid deposits and prior services paid. Thank You!
