Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Appointment Scheduling and Confirmation

• Clients must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address and phone number, to receive appointment confirmations and reminders.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of half the amount of service cost.
• No-shows will be charged full amount of service cost.

3. Late Arrivals

• If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened to ensure the therapist’s schedule remains on track. Full service fees will still apply.

4. Health and Wellness Disclosure

• Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or special needs prior to the session.
• The spa reserves the right to refuse service to clients if deemed necessary for their health and safety.

5. Payment Policies

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• Packages and gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All personal information and health history provided by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the best care.

7. Right to Refuse Service

• The spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or if their health condition contraindicates the service.

8. Client Conduct

• Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other clients. Any form of harassment or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

9. Special Offers and Packages

• Special offers, discounts, and packages cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• All offers are subject to change without notice.

10. COVID-19 and Health Protocols

• Clients experiencing symptoms of illness are requested to reschedule their appointment.

11. Liability Waiver

• By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept that Fit Spa is not liable for any injury or adverse effects resulting from the services provided.

Clients must acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions before scheduling an appointment.
