Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your  booking fee and your credit card will be charged.  If you cancel your appointment prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your booking fee will remain on your account as a credit. 

Booking Fee Policy 

You may see a temporary booking fee authorization when scheduling.  This booking fee is required to secure your appointment with your provider.  Your booking fee will be applied to your service on the day of the service.
