Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text from Fresh Aesthetics. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, & Care Credit at our location.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your appointment will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment date are non-refundable, and a cancellation fee of $50 for 30 minute appointments and $100 for one hour appointments may apply.
Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without a fee.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50 for every 30 minutes of appointment time.
Service Modifications: Fresh Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice. Should this occur, we will reach out to reschedule or offer a refund.
Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with data protection regulations. Your information will only be used to process your booking and communicate with you about your appointment.
Liability: Fresh Aesthetics is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the course of your treatment, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
