At Q Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional care and ensure every client receives the best experience possible. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time and let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule.

1. Cancellation Policy:

   • We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. While we do not charge a cancellation fee, we hope you'll honor your appointment time or let us know if you're unable to attend.

2. No-Show Policy:

   • We don't charge a fee for no-shows, but missing your appointment without notice affects other clients who may be waiting for treatment. Please be considerate and let us know if you can't make it.

3. Respecting Appointment Times:

   • Arriving on time allows us to provide you with the best service possible. If you're running late, please give us a call, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
