DEPOSIT POLICY 

A deposit is utilized to hold your appointment slot. It is also utilized to cover the cost your initial consultation with Dr. Charnelle Rose and will not be refunded once consultation has been completed. If you choose to move forward with a procedure, your deposit will be applied to the cost of the procedure. Remaining balace will be due on date of procedure. 

 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

Thank you for trusting your care to Red Stiletto Aesthetics and Beauty™. When you schedule an appointment with Red Stiletto Aesthetics and Beauty™ we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other client who may be waiting for an appointment. Please see our Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy below:

• Effective October 1, 2024 any new or established client who arrives 10 minutes late or greater, fails to show, or cancels/reschedules an appointment at or past 24 hours will be considered a No Show and charged a $25.00 fee.

• Any established client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment without a 24 hour notice a second time will be charged a $50.00 fee.

• If a third No Show or cancellation/reschedule with no 24 hour notice should occur the client may be dismissed from Red Stiletto Aesthetics and Beauty™.

• Any new client who fails to show for their initial appointment will not be rescheduled.

• The fee is charged to the client and will be due/charged on the patient’s missed appointment date utilizing the card on file.  

• As a courtesy, when time allows, we make reminder calls for appointments. If you do not receive a reminder call or message, the above policy will remain in effect.

We understand that there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your appointments. If you should experience extenuating circumstances, please contact our office to discuss if a waiver of the No Show fee is permitted. You may contact Red Stiletto Aesthetics and Beauty™ during business hours at the number below. Should it be after regular business hours Monday through Friday, or a weekend, you may leave a message.
