By booking an appointment at Indianola IV & Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Scheduling

• Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in-person.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50.
• No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged a $50 no show fee.

3. Arrival Time

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time, and we cannot guarantee full service.

4. Payment Policy

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Credit Card, HSA/FSA
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed appointments will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking.

5. Health Information

• It is essential to provide accurate and complete health information during your initial consultation and before each treatment.
• Certain services may require a medical evaluation. We reserve the right to decline service based on health assessments.

6. Promotions and Discounts

• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
