To confirm your appointment, a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for most treatments ($500 for XERF) at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your appointment/treatment. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you do not show up to the appointment, the $50 ($500 for XERF) NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be applied to the $50 ($500 for XERF) cancellation fee. In the event of a reschedule, we will hold the deposit and book a second appointment. Should the second appointment need another reschedule the deposit becomes forfeit.
