Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment with OSS Med Spa online, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our deposit requirement, cancellation policy and consent to receive communications regarding your appointment. Please ensure that you provide accurate information to facilitate your booking and service.
All other services, A $50 deposit(which can be applied toward your service) is required to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
** Consultation fee for Botox and dermal fillers is $100, which can be applied toward any services at OSS Med Spa. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Please remember that if you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit.
Late Arrival Policy:
- We offer a 10–15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee per our policy.
