Last-Minute Cancellation and No-Show Policy


We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our staff schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

 

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total service booked.

 

In the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show on the same day as your appointment, a 100% charge of the total service booked will be applied.

Following any incurred charges, your credit card on file will be charged, or you will receive an invoice for the fee, which must be settled in full before scheduling any future treatments.
