We are pleased to offer comprehensive, complimentary 45-minute consultations for new clients!

Please note a credit card will be required for any treatment bookings made going forward. 

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for consultation cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled consultation, or failure to attend, will result in a non-negotiable $75 (plus tax) fee.

This fee must be paid in full prior to rebooking.
Payment can be made via credit card, or e-transfer.
