Cancellation Policy:

Navarre Wellness enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy.
This policy applies to ALL appointments. 
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time carry a 50% charge of the services booked. 
Same day cancellations or no shows will result in a 100% charge of the services booked.
We require all clients to put a card on file. All the above charges will be made to the card on file. 
This includes appointments scheduled within 24 hours of your appointment. Depending on the services booked, if you are late to your scheduled appointment, your service(s) may be shortened or rescheduled and you will be charged the full amount of scheduled service(s).This payment does not apply towards your future appointment. 

Refund Policy:

All sales are final, and the Navarre Wellness does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.  * Packages: If you are needing to book a specific date and time, please make your booking reservation before prepaying for any package.
