Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel any of your appointments, please give us a call at 815-601-0925 a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. This is simply to respect our provider's time, and allow other client's the opportunity to schedule. 

We value you as a client and the appointment time that we set aside for you is very important to us at LXRY Aesthetics & Wellness!

Late fee: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. No exceptions.

No-show fee:  If you do not show up for your appointment a $100 no show/cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. No exceptions.

Acceptable Payment Types:

We accept cash, credit, debit, health savings accounts, flex spending accounts, and giftcards. We also have payment plans that can be discussed at your visit. We do NOT accept personal checks.  

Returns:

At LXRY Aesthetics and Wellness we offer goods and services that are nonrefundable. We do not offer any refunds for any product that has been injected, or used during your treatment. If you purchase any retail products we cannot accept returns, unless there is clear defects in packaging or product quality. If you experience an allergic reaction, you must contact the office within 24hrs of the reported reaction so that you can be assessed by a provider. At that time, we will offer a return or exchange, and this will be given as a credit to your account to use for future purchases.
