Cancellation Policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel any of your appointments, including consultations, please give us a call at 815-601-0925 a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. This is simply to respect our provider's time and allow other clients the opportunity to schedule. 

We value you as a client and the appointment time that we set aside for you is very important to us at LXRY Aesthetics & Wellness!

Late fee: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. No exceptions.

No-show fee:  If you do not show up for your appointment a $100 no show/cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. No exceptions.

Acceptable Payment Types:

We accept cash, credit, debit, health savings accounts, flex spending accounts, and giftcards. We also have payment plans using Cherry or Patient Fi that can be discussed at your visit. We do NOT accept personal checks or Care Credit. 

Returns & Refunds: 

At LXRY Aesthetics & Wellness, our goods, services, & consultation times are nonrefundable. We do not offer any refunds for any product that has been injected, or used during your treatment. If you purchase any retail products we cannot accept returns, unless there is clear defects in packaging or product quality. If you experience an allergic reaction, you must contact the office within 24 hours of the reported reaction so that you can be assessed by a provider. At that time, we will offer a return or exchange, and this will be given as a credit to your account to use for future purchases. If you book a consultation with us online, you will be charged a consultation fee. The consultation fee is for the initial visit. This visit is very important to us because our provider’s will do a thorough medical history review, discuss the current symptoms you’re experiencing, and any treatments that you have had previously. We also discuss long and short term goals, all treatment options in detail, and develop a treatment plan.. If you happen to decide that you would like to cancel that appointment before your scheduled time, your prepaid consultation fee can be applied to your rescheduled time, a future consultation with us, or it can be added to your account with us as purchasing credit for retail. No refunds will be given.
