Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to your appointment. If rescheduling or cancellations happen with less than 24hrs notice, or you are late by more than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment, or you are a no-show; you will be charged 20% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
