Booking Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing SomaVie Wellness. Please review the following policies carefully prior to booking your appointment:

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request a minimum of two (24) hours notice for any CONSULTATION cancellations and 1 hour notice for IV Therapy Cancellation bookings. 

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited. We will make every effort to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to maintain our schedule for all patients.

No-Show Policy

Patients who miss more than one appointment without appropriate notice may be subject to a rebooking fee or may have limited future booking privileges at SomaVie Wellness.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

Certain treatments may require specific pre-appointment preparation. Patients are responsible for following all provided instructions. Failure to adhere to pre-treatment guidelines may affect your results or require the appointment to be rescheduled.

Consent Requirements

All patients must complete and sign the appropriate consent forms prior to receiving any treatments or services at SomaVie.

Service Modifications and Provider Changes

SomaVie Wellness reserves the right to modify services, adjust treatment plans, or reassign providers as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care. Patients will be notified of any significant changes whenever possible.

Right to Refuse Service

SomaVie Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to any individual if, in the professional judgment of the provider, the treatment is not appropriate, not medically advisable, or if the individual’s behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe. 

 

By booking an appointment at SomaVie, you acknowledge and accept our deposit, cancellation, late arrival, no-show, consent, and refund policies. You agree to comply with any pre-appointment instructions and understand that SomaVie reserves the right to modify services, reassign providers, or refuse service when clinically necessary. All deposits are non-refundable.
