Cancellation & Appointment Policy


We value your time and commitment to your wellness journey. To ensure we can provide the highest quality service to all our clients, we maintain the following cancellation and appointment policies:


Appointment Scheduling

When you book a treatment at our med spa, we reserve this time specifically for you. Our specialists prepare for your visit and dedicate this time slot exclusively to your care.


Cancellation Notice Requirements

  • For all standard treatments and services: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • For specialized treatments (including injectables, laser treatments, and chemical peels): We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.


Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen. However, we must ensure all clients receive their full treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time to prevent impacting other clients. You will be charged the full service amount.


Cancellation Fees

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service cost
  • No-show appointments: 100% of the scheduled service cost
  • Same-day cancellations: 50% of the scheduled service cost


Pre-Paid Treatments and Packages

  • Cancellation fees for pre-paid treatments or package services will be deducted from your package value
  • Repeated cancellations of pre-paid treatments may result in forfeiture of the remaining package sessions


Booking Deposit

  • All first-time clients are required to provide a credit card to secure their appointment
  • A 25% deposit is required for appointments valued at $200 or more
  • Deposits are fully refundable with proper cancellation notice


Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and illness can occur. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if such circumstances arise.


Multiple Cancellations

Clients who repeatedly cancel without proper notice may be required to pre-pay for future services or may lose the privilege of advance booking.


Confirmation of Appointments

As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders via text or email 48 hours before your scheduled service. However, not receiving a reminder is not considered a valid reason for missing an appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. These guidelines help us maintain the highest level of service for all our valued clients.

Upon receipt of the returned item we will either credit your credit card or, if you paid by check or money order, we will send you a refund check. If you prefer we can also apply the credit to your Beauty Bar account for future orders. 

Return Policy

Unused merchandise may be returned for refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. The item being returned must be in its original packaging and be unused. Opened products not returnable. A restocking fee of up to 35% may apply to items eligible for return. 

To process a return please follow the three steps below:

1) Before returning, please call customer service at 678-212-5160 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Returns without a RA number may be refused and sent back to you.

2) If the item you are returning was shipped in error by Beauty Bar, we will send a UPS label to retrieve your package. For all other returns (including warranty items) the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please insure your package if returning via postal service in case it gets lost or is damaged.

3) All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any documentation, and must be in new, resellable condition.
