Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. However, to ensure that we can offer our services to other clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we require the following:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows will incur a $50 fee
- Your credit card number will be stored at the time of booking, however it would not be charged unless in the event of a late cancellation or no show.
We value your time and strive to provide excellent service to every client. To ensure we can maintain our schedule and serve all clients effectively, we have the following policy regarding late arrivals:
Punctuality: We ask that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to ensure that we can offer the full service duration.
More than 10 Minutes Late: If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate the appointment. In such cases, the client will need to reschedule for another available time.
