Thank you for booking your appointment online with Evolution. Please review the following terms before confirming your booking:

Appointment Confirmation
Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline bookings if necessary. In the case that your selected provider becomes unavailble we may change your appointment to a different provider and plan to update you when necessary.

Payment Policy
Some services may require payment or a deposit at the time of booking. If applicable, payment details will be clearly stated during the booking process. All appointments require payment unless provided in an agreed program. Currently our Aesthetic Consultations are complimenatary.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee of $50 or loss of deposit.

Late Arrivals
If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
