Cancellation Policy:
Please remember to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can reach us by phone, leave a voicemail at any time, or send us an email. Kindly note that cancellations and reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance or no-show appointments will incur a fee of $50.00 for aesthetician and injectable treatments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Patient Forms:  

All new patients, existing patients who have not been seen since January 1, 2025, or anyone scheduling a new treatment are required to complete forms online. You will receive an email with the necessary form(s), which must be completed prior to your appointment.
