Cancellation & No-Show Policies:

At Agave, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our client’s scheduling needs to the best of our ability. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 charge to your account. Agave reserves the right to require a prepayment of $200 to schedule future appointments for patients who have canceled within 24 hours or No-Showed. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain the efficiency of our scheduling system.

Refund & Exchange Policy: 

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person. While we do our best to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on prepaid services or refunds to deposits made on services. Funds can be reallocated to Agave store credit OR can be used towards the purchase of a different services offered at Agave Aesthetics.There are no refunds on gift cards. Gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase.

Agave does not accept returns or exchanges on tinted sunscreens or Latisse. However, we are happy to exchange any other unopened products within 5 days of the original purchase for another product. On rare occasions, there may be a product that you have sensitivity to, in which case we will schedule an appointment with you to discuss the use of the product and the sensitivity that you may be experiencing within 14 days of the original purchase.
