VanishRx Wellness Cancellation Policy

At VanishRx Wellness, we value your time and commitment to your health. To ensure we can provide the best care to all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

• 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. 
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and missed appointments (no-shows) may be sbject to a cancellation fee of $25. 
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avaoid cancellation fee. 
• Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.
