We deeply value your time—and the dedicated time of our licensed providers. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you, and we kindly ask that you honor your scheduled visit.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
To protect our providers’ time and ensure availability for other guests, a credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Nobody enjoys no-shows, and we truly appreciate your understanding that this policy allows us to continue providing exceptional care and availability to all of our clients.
First-Time Guests: Please Read
All first-time appointments begin with a comprehensive skin assessment and consultation with one of our licensed professionals. We intentionally reserve a full hour to get to know your skin, your goals, and the best path forward for you.
In the event of a no-show for a first-time appointment, the $50 consultation fee will serve as the no-show fee, as that time has been exclusively reserved for you.
