Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the providers' day that could have been filled by another patient. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame or missing the appointment will result in a $100 charge.
