Credit Card Booking

A credit card will be required on file prior to booking your appointment. The credit card provided must be active at all times. Failure to provide an active credit card will result in the cancellation of your current and future appointments. Your credit card will only be charged for authorized visits, or if violation of the following policy occurs. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to our credit card policy.  

Cancellation Policy 

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations to your appointments. Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee. 

FIRST cancellation/ NO Show without 24 hours noticed: We understand, life happens, no charge!

SECOND cancellation/ No Show without 24 hours notice: You will be billed 50% of the services you had scheduled.

THIRD OR MORE cancellations/ No Show without 24 hours notice: You will be billed 100% of the services you had scheduled.
