Terms and Conditions for Medical Spa Service Booking

1. Booking and Appointment Confirmation
When booking an appointment with our medical spa, you will receive an email or text message confirming the service, date, and time of your appointment. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to receive updates.

2. Payment Policy
All services must be paid in full upon completion of your treatment, unless otherwise stated. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, cash, or other specified methods at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To provide the best possible service to all clients, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a $100 fee for missed or rescheduled appointments. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

4. Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a $100 cancellation fee will be applied. Your treatment may also be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients.

5. No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $100 no-show fee, which will be charged to your payment method on file.

6. Health and Medical Considerations
We advise that you provide us with your complete medical history, including any allergies or ongoing treatments, prior to your appointment. This will help us provide you with the safest and most effective care. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes in your health or medical status before each visit.

7. No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any services provided. Once a service is completed, payment is considered final. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns.

8. Consent for Treatment
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the risks associated with the treatments being provided. You will be asked to sign a consent form before receiving any treatments.

9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and maintaining communication with you. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by the latest version of these terms. Please review them periodically for any changes.
