Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please note that once you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you. If you cancel or fail to show up for your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a $50 fee will be charged.

To avoid this fee, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your patient portal or by texting us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! 💖

No Refund Policy 

Refunds will not be issued for skincare, wellness products, or treatment purchases. However, if approved by administrator, unused purchases may be used for credit towards other products and services we offer. 

 

Online Booking Policy 

 To confirm your appointment, your card will be authorized but not charged for $50.  Your card will only be charged if you cancel, no-show, or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
