🌿To book an appointment, a deposit of $50 must be made (credit that accumulates toward the treatment). This deposit is to ensure the spaces of each client 😉💕

⚠️ Re-scheduling of any appointment (for date change) must be done 24 hours before the day of the appointment; this way, you will avoid any type of penalty. If the change is not made within that time period, the $50 deposit is forfeited and there are "NO refunds!" In the case of completely canceling the appointment, the money from the credit or payment towards the COMPLETED treatment "is NON-refundable"

The amount of your credit and/or deposit will be valid only up to 3 weeks. The constant rescheduling of your appointment may affect your deposit. "Let us understand that we have to respect each other's time🙏🏻"

 

 ⚠️ Cancellations less than 24 hours or NO SHOW to your appointment will be subject to a $50 fine, which is the loss of your deposit or the forfeiture of one procedure. NO EXCEPTIONS, this includes any same-day emergencies.

 

📲 A message and email will be sent to remind you of your appointment. Confirmation message will be sent 24 hours before. Please, be attentive to the confirmation❗️If we do not receive a response, you will automatically lose your deposit.

 

🛂⚠️⏱️WARNING regarding our medical treatments with our Doctor: We'll try to attend to you at the time of your appointment but due to the different treatments performed inside the room, there may be delays in the time of your appointment. The delays can be between 30 minutes to 1 hour. Please, come with time a patience. We understand that your time is valuable; on the other hand, we also understand that not all patients are the same, and some of them require more time to perform the correct and proper treatment. This warning does not apply to the spa treatment. Spa treatments are performed at the time of the appointment.

 

📣 If you have a voucher, discount , or promotion from a webpage or website, a deposit of $50 must be made to reserve your appointment NO EXCEPTIONS. This deposit will be refunded to you when you come to our facilities to receive the treatment. Please note: Any voucher, promotion or discount found on a website or webpage is ONLY VALID ONCE PER LIFETIME PER PERSON. This means, if you have already used a voucher once, you may be able to purchase another one on a third-party website; however, it will not be valid at our facility as per our company policies.

 

 🚫Consider that each appointment is personal; that is, no companions, children, or animals. EXCEPT minors, who require treatment, must come with their legal representative.

 

🚘 Parking: free parking both in front and back of the spa without cost.
