We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24-hours in advance. You may make changes online before 24 hours or at any time by texting our office. For any changes made less than 24-hours in advance, there is a $100 charge. For no call/no show visits, there is a $100 charge. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
